The Manager, Steve Duncan has almost 20 years of Human Resources experience working for Procter and Gamble and The IBM Corporation in the UK and in Europe. Whilst employed at these 2 large multinational companies he gained experience in Generalist HR, Acquisitions, Divestitures, Organisation development and all aspects of management training.

In his last assignment he was involved in setting up and running the Procter and Gamble EMEA HR Shared service centre. This involved use of leading edge technologies to automate and simplify HR processes and included the design and implementation of HR web portals.
